Program description:

The program covers various areas of business law, including contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, corporate governance, international business transactions, and litigation. Students learn about key legal concepts such as liability, ethics, compliance, dispute resolution mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks. English (the main language) and either Japanese or Chinese or Korean (on student’s choice) will be taught in this program so that students can pursue their career abroad, including eastern countries.
